    • 12. Are there adequate and properly operating dish washing facilities to effectively clean and sanitize equipment and utensils (unless noted elsewhere)(Non-Critical)?
      • No water-proof, heat-proof thermometer was available to monitor mechanical dishwasher temperature. Purchase appropriate heat-proof thermometer that can record maximum rinse temperature.
    • 21. Is the facility properly constructed and maintained in a state of good repair to allow for the safe and sanitary handling of food?
      • Caulking is damaged around the dishwashing sink, and hand sink by the microwave is missing caulking. Place new caulking.

    • 08. Do food handlers ensure that food is protected from contamination (unless noted elsewhere)(Non-Critical)?
      • Meat ball hot holding unit which had meatballs in was stored below the prep table. Hand washing station and garbage bin also beside the unit. Please make sure hot holding unit properly stored away from any contamination.

    • 09. Are chemicals stored and handled in a safe manner?
      • Spray bottle which was filled with K-3001 was not labelled. Please make sure refilled spray bottles are properly labelled to prevent contamination of the food items and food contact surfaces.
    • 16. Is the facility free of unapproved animals, vermin and/or insects (unless noted elsewhere), and maintained to prevent the entry or harbourage of pests?
      • Weatherstripping at the back door was not in good repair, it was damaged.
    • 21. Is the facility properly constructed and maintained in a state of good repair to allow for the safe and sanitary handling of food?
      • Baseboards in the dining area were not completely installed yet. Contractors were still working to finish some of the works.
