- Previously noted violation (February 21, 2025): Sunset Glaze was portion into the spray bottle, it was not labelled. Please make sure food which not in their original bottles must label properly with the name and date they are portioned, and date need to be discarded.Update (March 25, 2026): The spray bottle containing food product was noted to be unlabelled at the time of inspection. Staff labelled the bottle during inspection. Ensure that all foods that are not in their original containers are properly labelled with name, portioned date, and use by date.

- Cleaning cloths were not keep in the sanitizer solution. Please make sure cleaning cloths are kept in sanitizer solution where they are not in use to preventing the contamination of the food contact surfaces.

- Cutting boards were not properly washed and sanitized. They were only sprayed with sanitizer solution. Please make sure all utensils and dishes, including cutting boards are washed rinsed and sanitized in three comp. sink with a proper manual dishwashing technic. They will need to be submerged in sanitizer solution.

- Caulking at the dishwashing sink on the wall was not in good repair.Please recaulk the surface.

- Cleaning is required for the following areas;*Hand marks on fridges handles*Dust on the ceiling vent by the exhaust canopy *Dust and debris at the hard-to-reach areas, by the prep stations and on the shelves. *Dust on ceiling vent by the back door.

Replace barrier on handsink to protect dough equipment from contamination or relocate dough equipment.
