- Hand washing station in dishwashing area was obstructed with empty cartons placed inside the sink. Staff moved all items from the hand sink during inspection. Keep hand washing station easily accessible at all times and ensure that the sink is designated for hand washing purpose only.

- Caulking at the dishwashing sink was not in good repair. Repair is required.
- 22. Are utensils and equipment maintained in a condition and a manner that ensures the safe handling of food?
- There were couple disposable dispensing sample cups were used as measuring. Some were left in the coconut container and chia seed container. Please make sure proper measuring scoops with handles are used for measuring food items to prevent contamination of the food.
