- Sanitizer bottle which had bleach was too strong, diluted during the inspection. Please make sure bleach water solution is at least 100ppm to make it food grade.

- Knives were stored under soap and paper towel dispensers. Please make sure they are properly stored to prevent contamination of the utensils.

- Manual dishwashing for the utensils such as knives and cutting boards is discussed with the staff onsite. Please make sure 3 comp. manual dishwashing method is done properly. Utensils used for food items are washed, rinsed and sanitized with food grade sanitizer solution.
