- Hand washing and glove use policy was discussed with the Manager. Facility was aware of the complaint and sign was posted near the hand washing sink to remind staff to wash hands.
- 06. Are appropriate food handling practices and plans in place to ensure that food is handled in a manner that makes it safe to eat?
- Fries are pre-cooked and then left at room temperature. Fries are re-cooked a second time when customer order is received. Internal document states that fries can stay at room temperature for up to 2 hours only. Facility does not have any time tracking process in place. Ensure fries after pre-cooking is time tracked when stored at room temperature and unused fries must be discarded after 2 hours. A sheet was created to track time at the time of inspection.
