      • Child safety locks are missing from the cupboard doors.Ensure that all required cupboards have child safety locks installed.Locks are onsite and awaiting installation.

      • The safety strap is missing for the diapering station in the following rooms:-Baby -ToddlerEnsure all diapering stations have safety straps.
    • 09. Are properly operating hand washing sink(s) available in suitable location(s), and properly stocked with handwashing supplies?
      • 1. Soap is missing from the handwashing station in the following rooms:-Baby Room -Men's Washroom -Women's washroom2. Paper towel is missing from the toddler room sink. 1-2. Ensure all handwashing sinks are stocked with soap and paper towels at all times to support proper hand hygiene.The sinks were stocked during the inspection.

      • Some minor cleaning is required in the following areas:-The utility sink area floor.-Men's washroom floor. Ensure to maintain all areas in a clean and sanitary condition.

This applies to:• Baby Room• Toddler RoomRemove all such small toys from these rooms and relocate them to areas for children aged 3 and older. Ensure all toys in the daycare are age appropriate.The toys were removed from each of the rooms.
