      • The food safe sanitizer is unavailable.Ensure food safe sanitizer is available at all times. To mix a bleach food safe sanitizer: place 1/2 tsp of bleach in 1L of water. Test with a test strip. The manager mixed the sanitizer during the inspection.
    • 08. Do food handlers ensure that food is protected from contamination (unless noted elsewhere)(Non-Critical)?
      • Boxes of sugar and bottled water are stored on the ground. Ensure all food products including sugar and water are stored a minimum of 6 inches off the ground.

    • 11. Are there adequate and properly operating dish washing facilities to effectively clean and sanitize equipment and utensils (unless noted elsewhere)(Critical)?
      • No appropriate sanitizing solution was found onsite to sanitize the coffee pot, water jug, or other reusable containers and utensils. The staff mentioned being washed in the washroom sink. Staff also said that they would be getting a sink for washing dishes/utensils.Ensure the utensils and food contact surfaces are washed, rinsed, and sanitized with appropriate sanitizer. Ensure the pot/ containers are removed from the area until the sink is available. Ensure the water is not filled from the washroom sink and utensils are not washed in the washroom.
