- Observation: Ice machine has mildew build up inside the machine. Machine cleaned and sanitized every 6-8 weeks.
- Corrective Action(s): Empty machine of all ice, clean machine by scrubbing the mildew then sanitizing with bleach and allow machine to refill with ice by Friday March 24/23

- 2) Glass washer has no sanitizer jug attached to the machine, 2 jugs of detergent being used instead. This means that none of the glasses being used are being sanitized between customers.
