- No food surface sanitizer solution available at time of inspection. - Ensure surface sanitizer solution is readily available and prepared during operational hours (100ppm chlorine or 200ppm QUAT solution).
- 13. Are properly operating hand washing sink(s) accessible to food handlers, located in suitable areas, and stocked with appropriate hand washing supplies?
- Temporary hand wash sink was not setup at time of inspection and needed to be placed on top of a table to work correctly. Temporary handwash station also needed a bucket to catch grey water. Event organizers was acquiring buckets for vendor.- Please setup temporary handwash sink with soap and paper towel stocked up.
