      • 1) The temperature of the fridge was measured at 8 degrees C. - Repair the fridge such that it is able to maintain a temperature of 4 degrees C or below. 2) The internal temperature of the chicken wings was measured at 15.3 degrees C, and the chicken thighs were measured at 13.7 degrees C. - The chicken wings and thighs were discarded during the inspection. Ensure that the temperature of high-risk foods under refrigeration is maintained at or below 4 degrees C at all times. 3) A manual thermometer was not available in the fridge.- Ensure to have a manual thermometer in the fridge to ensure temperature is being maintained.

Note: Add half a teaspoon of regular bleach in 1 liter of water to make a 100-ppm chlorine sanitizer solution (food-grade).
