- Freshly made sanitizer solution from two of the wall-mounted Quat sanitizer dispensers at the pot wash and the hot side measured at approximately 150 ppm. Also, a couple of the spray bottles measured at approximately 50 ppm. - Service/calibrate the sanitizer dispensers. Quat sanitizers must be used at 200 ppm. - In the interim, ensure to manually mix Quat sanitizer solutions to 200 ppm or use the dispenser in the dishwashing room which is dispensing at the required concentration of 200 ppm.
