- Temperature of the Dishwasher reached 68C and 69 C with the probe thermometer. Tested with their dishwasher thermometer and measured at 66C.- Have the dishwasher repair, in the meantime move to the 3-compartment sink

- An accumulation of limescale observed on the interior surfaces of the mechanical dishwasher. Delime and maintain in a clean and sanitary condition at all times.

- Observed a chemical spill on the floor behind the dishwasher. - Clean and maintain in a clean and sanitary condition. - Repair if there is an active leak from the detergent dispenser above.

- The following coolers were not at the required temperature.- Cooler #2 (Sandwich cooler) was measured at 7-8 degrees Celsius. - Cooler #3 labeled as Dairy (backwall) was measured at 8-9 degrees Celsius. All perishable foods were removed from these coolers. All foods under refrigeration must be stored at a temperature of 4C or less. Do not store foods in any coolers that cannot consistently maintain temperatures of 4C or less. Take them offline to prevent storage of any perishable foods.
