      • Quats cover is missing from the case which can not verify the concentration of the quats solution. - Replace the quats test strip so it can verify the concentration of the sanitizer solution.

    • 10. Are food temperatures during storage and processing being controlled to maximize food safety?
      • Display cooler where perishable sandwiches are stored was measured at 7.9-9 degrees Celsius. - Staff were directed to remove all of the perishable foods out of this cooler immediately. - Do not use the cooler until it can consistently maintain a temperature of 4 degrees Celsius or less.
    • 11. Are there adequate and properly operating dish washing facilities to effectively clean and sanitize equipment and utensils (unless noted elsewhere)(Critical)?
      • The drainage plumbing system at the 2-compartment sink and dishwasher located in the unit are not operational. All dishwashing is currently being done at the Timberline dishwashing area which operated by Sodexo as well. - Fix the plumbing issue immediately.
    • 16. Is the facility free of unapproved animals, vermin and/or insects (unless noted elsewhere), and maintained to prevent the entry or harbourage of pests?
      • Several house flies were observed in the facility, especially in the back storage and dishwashing area. Currently, the only measure in place is a light trap by the entrance into the facility. Implement additional effective measures to eliminate the presence of flies.

      • The sanitizer premix station was not set up yet.
    • 10. Are food temperatures during storage and processing being controlled to maximize food safety?
      • The undercounter cooler was around 9C.Repair so the cooler is 4C or lower.
    • 13. Are properly operating hand washing sink(s) accessible to food handlers, located in suitable areas, and stocked with appropriate hand washing supplies?
      • The hand sink by the wall was missing soap.Ensure hand sink has hot/cold running water, soap and paper towels.
