      • There is food debris accumulated on the floor under equipment; on lower shelves; and between equipment and shelving units. This food debris will attract and harbor pests.

      • Increase detailed cleaning of the facility. At the end of each night, all items must be removed from the floor and beneath shelves and equipment so the floor and surfaces can be washed and sanitized. A thorough inspection at the end of the night should be done to ensure cleaning has achieved the minimum level.
