Operator indicates that these doors are used for deliveries to the food premises. Mouse droppings visible near the doorway suggest that the doors are a likely entry point for rodents to enter the premises.
- Corrective Action(s): *Implement a new procedure to ensure doors are tightly-closed after each delivery. Train employees to check that the doors are secured after signing the delivery invoice.
