      • Gaps beneath the exterior door in the Senior Right classroom have been sealed; however, gaps remain beside and beneath the exterior door in the Senior Left classroom.-Please install appropriate door sweeps to seal all gaps beneath exterior doors, and ensure all holes, gaps, and crevices throughout the facility are properly sealed to prevent pest entry.

Push and Stapled pins observed on the walls of Senior Right classroom.-Please remove all push pins and cover stapled pin with suitable materials to prevent children access to hazardous materials or objects.

      • Senior right brain - garbage can for the handsink near the toilets, lid does not fully open when using the foot pedal, so kids were touching the lid to dispose of their paper towels.-Ensure paper towel from drying hands can be discarded in a manner that does not contaminate hands

      • 1) A wicker basket was being used to store toys in the Senior Right Brain room.-Ensure containers used to store toys have easily cleanable surfaces2) Children were doing an activity with a cork board and pegs in the Senior Left Brain room.-Ensure toys used during an outbreak are constructed of smooth surfaces that can be cleaned and disinfected after each use-Staff removed both items from use
