- There is a large hole in the wall on the right side of the front service area underneath the counter. The walls must be maintained in good repair to facilitate cleaning and to prevent pest harborage. Repair the wall and ensure the surface is smooth, durable, and easy to clean.

- Sept 12th, 2023: The door latch is still broken. The dishwasher is sanitizing at a satisfactory temperature (73.2C). Manager is still working on getting the latch repaired and service requests have been made. Please have the latch repaired as soon as possible. Mechanical dishwasher door does not latch, and staff is required to put a garbage bin in front to prevent the dishwasher door from falling down during a cycle.- Please fix the door to the dishwasher.- Manager is aware of the situation and has already initiated plans to get it corrected. Time is needed due to limited stock/parts to repair.
