      • Eggs observed to be stored in a drink cooler that was measured at 18 degrees C after staff adjusted the temperature the cooler came down to 12 degrees C.Eggs were stored in the cooler for more than a day; eggs must be kept at 7 degrees C or lower. Eggs were discarded.Please obtain refrigerator thermometers if storing any foods to monitor temperatures.
    • 16. Is the facility free of unapproved animals, vermin and/or insects (unless noted elsewhere), and maintained to prevent the entry or harbourage of pests?
      • ***Repeat Violation***Several shelves had pest droppings, please take a look at inventory and discard product that mice have tampered with.Please clean the areas, monitor for pest activity, please seal up any holes, gaps on walls, doors etc of the building.Please call in a pest control company for addental services to eliminate the pest.
