      • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Staff uses hydrogen peroxide that requires rinse after sanitization. Staff informed that they do not rinse after with potable water after food contact surface is sanitized with hydrogen peroxide.
      • Corrective Action(s): Temporary rinse the food contact surfaces after use of hydrogen peroxide until food-grade QUAT sanitizer is purchased that do not require rinse for sanitation of food contact surfaces.
