      • Observation: Noted a cardboard box containing 20 - 30 plastic containers of dried fish and shrimps. However, these containers are not labeled. When operator is asked for the receipt for these products, operator was unable to provide the receipt at the time of inspection. Picture evidence collected.
      • Corrective Action(s): Operator must submit the receipt for these items to the district inspector at [email protected] by the end of tomorrow (February 3, 2026). Failure to do so will result in these items being discarded and prevented for sale until proof can be provided that these items are obtained from an approved source.

      • Corrective Action(s): Please ensure that all freezers are kept free of ice build up and maintained in good working order to achieve adequate cold temperature for food storage.
