      • High Level disinfectant was not available in the facility to disinfect the semi-critical equipment. Obtain HLD and test strips for daily check of its efficacy. In the event there are no test strips, the HLD must be discarded everyday.
    • 25. Are the equipment manufacturer's instructions for use of specific equipment available and followed?
      • Dermal filler (single use packages) were reported being sold to more than one clients. Half syring was cited during inspection.Ensure left over single use cosmetics are discarded.
