      • Sanitizer spray bottle (back kitchen) and manual dishwashing (sanitize side/3rd sink) too strong >400PPM of Quats. Please use test papers to measure diluted concentration before use. Follow manufacturers specification on how to prepare to ensure maintaining at 200PPM of Quats.

      • Observed a jar of pickles, tub of sauce and small package of cheese stored along or next to packaged bacons (raw) and ground beef (individually packaged) in prep cooler at the front.

      • Handsink in back kitchen by fire extinguisher was lacking soap. Please ensure all handsink equipped with running hot and cold running water, soap and paper towels.

      • Vacuum sealed smoked prosciutto was not properly sealed, allowing air to enter the packaging. The prosciutto was brown/oxidized. Best before date on the packaging was for 6 months past the date of packaging. The package was removed from sale.

      • Raw meat (kebab) stored above kale in walk-in cooler. Corrected onsite.
    • 09. Are chemicals stored and handled in a safe manner?
      • Several unlabeled spray bottles observed. Ensure all spray bottles are labelled.
    • 13. Are properly operating hand washing sink(s) accessible to food handlers, located in suitable areas, and stocked with appropriate hand washing supplies?
      • Multiple handwashing sinks were not stocked with liquid soap or paper towel. Ensure all sinks are stocked with liquid soap and single use paper towels.
