     • Used lash tweezers were not stored in a manner that prevents soil (e.g. adhesive and debris) from hardening.Corrective Action:Advised staff and owner to ensure contaminated tweezers that are not cleaned and disinfected immediately after use are placed in a covered container with water and detergent or an approved enzymatic solution to prevent soil from hardening.
