      • Used blue single use glove noted on top of bin with raw chicken and dry batter along cookline. Please ensure used single use disposable gloves discarded after use.

      • Pepsi cooler and prep coolers in the back kitchen are not equipped with thermometers. Please ensure all fridges are stocked with thermometers.

      • A couple of foods (BBQ pork and ginger beef specifically) were overstocked on the buffet line. The top of the foods measured at ~40C. Please do not overfill the foods, and only fill the containers up to the fill line.

      • Handwashing sink was being used to dispose ice in. Please dispose of ice in a sink that is not dedicated for handwashing.

      • One of the ice machines in the kitchen (on the right) has a build-up of grime/mold-like substance. Please drain the ice, and clean and sanitize the interior of the ice machine.
