- Sanitizer bucket measured at 0 ppm QUATs. The contents were disposed of and a new sanitizer bucket was made and measured at 200 ppm QUATs.

- Peronal cellphone was stored on top of the microwave. Please store all personal items away from food areas.

- Sweet chili thai sauce was stored at room temperature. The packaging indicates that the sauce must be refrigerated after opening. The sauce was moved into the cooler at the time of inspection.
