- Facility specific written procedure for client care and skin cleansing were discussed and completed onsite.

- 1. High level disinfectant (Preempt CS20) was not being tested daily with test strips. 2- Test strips passed expiration date were noted onsite.3- No High level disinfectant testing log was maintained.Obtain test strips and test the solution daily. Log results (see AHS High level disinfectant log sheet).
- 26. Are cosmetic products appropriate for their intended use and being handled properly?
- Debris was noted inside at the bottom of parafin wax container. Change the product and maintain in a clean and sanitary condition.
