      • No sanitizer solution was readily available while food preparation was taking place. 0 ppm chlorine was detected in the Sani station spray bottle. Ensure a sanitizer solution is readily available at all times. Maintain chlorine-based sanitizer solutions at 100 ppm. The operator prepared a new sanitizer solution. Chlorine was then detected at 100 ppm.

      • Outstanding (2022) - Back area - flooring require repair. Floor tiles broken, chipped, and or lifted. Ensure all surfaces are easy to clean. Please repair or replace affected floor tiles.

      • No sanitizer was detected in the spray bottle used for the slicer. Sani Station powder (chlorine-based) is intended to be mixed with water to create a sanitizer solution. Ensure the manufacturer’s instructions are followed when preparing the solution. Maintain chlorine concentration at 100 ppm. Use appropriate test strips to verify the concentration. A new sanitizer solution was prepared by the operator, and the chlorine level was confirmed at 100 ppm.
    • 13. Are properly operating hand washing sink(s) accessible to food handlers, located in suitable areas, and stocked with appropriate hand washing supplies?
      • The hand sink was fully supplied and proper handwashing was observed. However, there was no cold water at the front hand sink. The tap was leaking, and water pressure was low. Please repair to ensure proper use.

      • Pest control records were not available for review. Please keep pest control records onsite for review.
