      • Bleach spray bottle was not labeled in the preschool room, toddler room and kitchen Ensure all chemicals have labels on them.

      • Walls, trim, paint finishes, light switch covers broken, throughout the facility are damaged or deteriorated and therefore in need of repair or replacing. Crumbled window ledges in the kinder room Hand sinks in the room need back splashes Make a plan, room by room and start repair and replace materials so that walls, floor, trim, finishes, damaged items are smooth, durable and easy to clean.Adding a durable surface such as a sheet of linoleum type materials to walls may help with long term upkeep of the walls.

      • Kinder room walls and kinder washroom walls visibly dirty. Ensure all walls are washed with soap and water regularly.

      • - In the preschool room washroom, the light switch wall plate is still in disrepair. The wall plate has cracks and is covered with duct tape. Please ensure that the light switch wall plate is repaired to allow for proper cleaning of the high touch point surface.

      • - In the preschool room washroom, the ventilation cover has not been cleaned to remove dust accumulation. Please ensure the ventilation cover is cleaned and regularly monitored for adequate cleaning.

      • - It was observed that one of the staff in the toddler room was not washing the clients hands after completing diapering. The staff was informed of the missed step and was required to wash the clients hands immediately.
