- Corrective Action(s): Ensure staff follow the instructions on the bottle for making a bleach sanitizer (1tsp [5mL] bleach in 1L water) and do not add soap. Bottle changed out during inspection.

To prevent waste, always keep phf's refrigerated until product is needed. When an order is made, remove and reheat only the portion required to fill the order. Recommend installing a small fridge near the hot holding unit due to the change in restaurant operation with no seating due to the covid-19 directive.
