      • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Several pickled products with labeled as "home made" and no other information on label to identify source. Operator contacted the person who provided him the product and it was said that the product is manufactured and packaged at a commercial location in Vancouver, address obtained and to be verified.
      • Corrective Action(s): Product voluntarily removed from sale until source is confirmed to be an approved source. All products are required to have a label which includes contact information of the location of where it was made for trace back in the event of a concern with the product.

      • -products appear to be shelf stable but the preserving process has not been approved
      • Corrective Action(s): -discontinue sales immediately
