      • The front prep cooler was missing an internal monitoring thermometer. Please ensure all coolers are equipped with monitoring thermometers. Photos were later received from the owner showing that a thermometer was placed inside the cooler.
    • 22. Are utensils and equipment maintained in a condition and a manner that ensures the safe handling of food?
      • The white container used for storing utensils had a buildup of residue/food debris at the bottom. Please clean and maintain all utensils and equipment in a sanitary condition. Photos were later received from the operator showing the container had been cleaned.
