  - Observation: Cupboards in Ivy and Jade serveries are becoming worn. Some surfaces are difficult to clean with exposed particle board. Some cupboard door knobs are broken. Faucet at sinks in Jade servery are difficult to turn off. Metal door for food deliveries in satellite kitchen is rusted and difficult to clean.
  - Corrective Action(s): All surfaces are to be smooth, impervious to moisture, and easy to clean. Cupboards can be repaired for now. Provide update.
