      • Corrective Action(s): Wiping cloths are to be kept stored in a sanitizer at all times. Limit the amount of cloths being used on site. Store cloths in designated area.

      • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): At the time of inspection bleach sanitizer solution observed to well over 200ppm.
      • Corrective Action(s): Ensure all food contact surfaces are sanitized with 100ppm bleach. General sanitizer solution formula: 1 oz of regular unscented bleach to 1 gallon of water.

    • 209 - Food not protected from contamination [s. 12(a)]
      • Observation: Observed containers of food stacked on top of one another without a lid. Scoops observed stored directly in food product. Raw burger patties stored next to to coleslaw.
      • Corrective Action(s): Ensure all food is protected from contamination at all times. When stacking one food container on top of another use proper tight fitting lids. Store all scoops and other dispensing utensils outside of food products. Store all raw potentially hazardous foods below vegetables and ready to eat foods. Correct immediately.

      • Observation: Ambient air temperature of walk in freezer at -10 degrees C.
      • Corrective Action(s): Adjust temperature setting of walk in freezer and service if required. Ensure freezer unit is capable of maintaining -18 degrees C or less. Correct by August 15, 2024.
