     • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Dishwasher final rinse temperature measured at 63C, 63C, 59C at plate surface (after 3 runs). Measurements on the wash/rinse/pressure gauges were also not working.
     • Corrective Action(s): Repair or adjust dishwasher to be able to reach final rinse temperature at or above 71C at plate surface. In the meantime, sanitize glasses/dishes with bleach-water (100ppm). Contact health office when planning to serve customers.
