- Chlorine sanitizer test strips were expired. Please obtain valid chlorine sanitizer test strips to verify sanitizer concentration (100 ppm).
- 13. Are properly operating hand washing sink(s) accessible to food handlers, located in suitable areas, and stocked with appropriate hand washing supplies?
- The hand sink taps in the kitchen were turned off. Operators were using the front of house hand sink to wash hands. Operator stated that the hand sink has a leak. No leaking was observed during the inspection. Please ensure all hand sinks are properly operating at all times. The taps were turned back on during the inspection.
