      • The paper towel dispenser at the two-compartment sink is in disrepair. Ensure that the indicated dispenser is repaired and/or replaced with an alternative dispenser for paper towel.

      • A buildup of food debris is observed on the floor beneath the ice cream machine. Ensure that the indicated area is cleaned and sanitized.
