- The QUATs sanitizer spray bottles measured >400 ppm (around 1000 ppm) and was diluted during the inspection to 300 ppm. When mixing the concentrated solution, follow the manufacturer's instructions for a food safe sanitizer (2 ml per litre of water). This is a reoccurring violation.

- No test strips were available to verify sanitizer concentration; test strips were ordered online during the inspection. Ensure to verify that the QUAT sanitizer measured 200 (no higher than 400) ppm in the 3rd sink and spray bottles.

- Kitchen hand sink had 3 packages noodles in the basin at the start of inspection. The hand sink must always remain free for hand washing; items removed during inspection.
