   • 21. Is the facility properly constructed and maintained in a state of good repair to allow for the safe and sanitary handling of food?
     • Inspector was told the HVAC system is currently down and a portable A/C unit is situated in the front area with hoses draining into the back area hand sink. As of March 30th, the sink A/C unit is now connected below the sink, making it available for hand washing. Operator stated air compressors should be obtained in around one month to repair the HVAC system.

Please repair the HVAC system as soon as possible. There are two front hand sinks are available to staff. Minimal food handling occurs in the back.
