- A plastic cup with no handle was used as a scoop for the ice machine. The operator removed the cup during the inspection. Ensure that the scoop for the ice machine has a handle, and is stored so that the scoop is not in contact with the ice.

- There was no thermometer inside the refrigerator to measure the ambient temperature. The internal temperature measured 3.8C during the inspection. Ensure that there is a thermometer available to measure the ambient temperature of the unit at all times.
