      • Mice droppings observed beside the hand sink. Ensure the area is cleaned and sanitized.
    • 18. Are general nuisance conditions, other than those noted in other violations, being prevented at this food facility (Non-Critical)?
      • A sewer smell was observed on entering the facility. Operator advised that grease trap had been cleaned recently and the smell was present only when water was poured into the sink. Ensure the source of the smell is investigated.
    • 23. Is the facility maintained in a clean and sanitary condition?
      • The ceiling above the prep and service area needs to clean as there was dust and fuzz noted.

    • 04. Does the operator use approved methods for cleaning and sanitizing equipment, utensils, and surfaces?
      • A chlorine sanitizing solution was at 800ppm. A new solution was made up at 100ppm.
