      • Observation(s): Operator must provide Chlorine Test strips to measure the concentration of sanitizing solution. The test strips can be purchased at ZEP store located in Penticton or online.
    • F2.5 Are the premises and equipment properly maintained and operated in a sanitary manner (i.e. ongoing maintenance)?
      • Observation(s): Operator must declutter, wash, and sanitizing all equipment: (fridges, freezers, countertops, shelves, floors, dough making machine). Extra shelving must be installed to facilitate equipment storage needs.
