- Observation(s): Operator must clean the following: 1. Walk-in fridge wire shelves from any food / dust debris; 2. Floors under equipment and shelves; 3. Three compartment sink. Recycling cardboard must be removed from the premises as often as necessary to avoid piling. Operator must provide a bigger garbage bin to the store front. NOTE: Repeated non-compliances may lead to enforcement action.
