      • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Sanitizer spray bottle had >200ppm chlorine measured. Staff was advised to reprepare the solution at this time.
      • Corrective Action(s): Ensure to have only 1/2 tsp of bleach per 1L of water to prepare 200ppm chlorine solution. Use this solution to have all prep surfaces sanitized every morning and during operation.

      • Observation: Walk-in freezer had ambient air temperature measured at -12'C. Thick ice build-up observed. Door was left open at the time of the inspection.
