- Corrective Action(s): -A professional pest control company needs to be hired to provide at least monthly service to the facility. Please email me a report from a pest control company showing a contract for monthly service by October 10, 2025. Ensure rodent droppings are properly cleaned up. Wearing a proper mask, and gloves, use 20ml bleach to 980ml of water and pour the bleach solution on to droppings. Wait 10 minutes and wipe up the droppings. Do NOT sweep or vacuum rodent droppings. WorkSafeBC has information on the safe cleanup of rodent issues on their website. Ensure all food contact surfaces are sanitized in the morning before use using your regular strength bleach solution.

- Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Operator was not able to locate the sanitizer bottle. Operator was advised to prepare 200ppm chlorine solution at the time of the inspection.

- Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Sanitizer solution for prep surface disinfection not available at the time of the inspection. Operator was advised to prepare 200ppm chlorine solution and have all prep surfaces sanitized using the solution.
- Corrective Action(s): Ensure to have 200ppm chlorine (1/2 tsp bleach per 1L water) available at all times. All prep surfaces should be sanitized prior to initiating any food prep in the morning, after each possible contamination and every 2 hours during operation.
