    • 14. Is single-use or uncleanable equipment being used as intended (Non-Critical)?
      • The sandpaper was removed from two sided foot file in drawer as this material is porous and cannot be properly cleaned and disinfected. Metal on other side can be properly disinfected.
    • 20. Is reusable equipment disinfected properly?
      • CS20 was being used diluted to disinfect pedicure foot basin. CS20 is intended to be used undiluted for semi-critical tools (pedicure tools). A low level or intermediate level disinfectant can be used on pedicure foot basin. Operator had lysol spray on-site (low level disinfectant) that they will use or will look into intermediate level disinfectant.
