      • There was no food safe sanitizer available in facility at time of inspection. Ensure there is a food safe sanitizer for sanitizing surfaces and ice cream scoops.
    • 10. Are food temperatures during storage and processing being controlled to maximize food safety?
      • Display cooler with sandwiches measured 13 degrees at time of inspection. This was adjusted and temperature began to decrease during the inspection. Monitor and ensure temperature is maintained at 4 degrees Celsius or below.
