- Hand sink in front service area was not stocked with soap and paper towel. This was corrected during the inspection. Ensure that hand sink is kept stocked with soap and paper towel.

- Weatherstripping on back exterior door was damaged and there was a gap underneath door. Repair weatherstripping so that door closes tightly to prevent pest entry.
