      • There was no probe thermometer on-site for checking cooking temperatures and hot holding temperatures. Please obtain probe thermometer.

      • Paint directly under soap dispenser in washroom attached to kitchen had peeled off. Please re-finish to prevent water damage and to ensure wall is easy to clean.
