- There was no prepared sanitizer solution available at time of inspection. *Cited again May 22, 2025. Sanitizer must be available during operation. Equipment and surfaces must be sanitized throughout day.

- There was no paper towel at hand sink. This was replaced during the inspection. Ensure hand sink is stocked with soap and paper towels at all times.

- There was no prepared sanitizer solution available at time of inspection. Operator stated that he was switching products and would be using a 100 ppm chlorine solution for the time being. Ensure all equipment and food contact surfaces are sanitized with an approved sanitizer.Please obtain quats test strips if using a quats sanitizer.

- There was a piece of exposed raw wood on trim of walk in cooler that was water damaged/rotting. Repair to ensure all sufaces are smooth and impervious to moisture.
