      • Door handles located at entrance doors contained duct tape fastened to plastic- child proof handles. Remove duct tape and provide handles that are in good repair, washable and cleanable.Surfaces of entrance doors within facility that separates the rooms were damaged and consisted of peeled paint. These surfaces required repair.Stepping stool surface located in one washroom was damaged and required repair/replacement.One ceiling tile located in the baby room was water-damaged and required replacement. Inspect the roof system and area to determine the source of leakage.Various wall surfaces were in the process of repair, with patches on the walls. Complete repairs and repaint surfaces.
